Terms and Conditions

All the apartments in the portfolio of BA Planet, have been previously selected by the staff of BA Planet. All the apartments published in this site are completely furnished, equipped with a complete set of dishes, towels and linen. Most of the apartments published in this site can be rented for a minimum of one week and a maximum of 6 months. When the contract is over, it is possible to renew it for 6 additional months.

1- CONDITIONS

To rent an apartment, the renter must comply with the following conditions:
- 18 years old or older.
- Payment of contracted services when signing contract.
- Present passport and provide a copy when signing the contract.

2- RESERVATION

A) The reservation must be made from our website completing the form of reservation request, via email or by calling our offices.

B) When reserving, it is necessary to make a deposit of 20% of the total value of your stay. It can be made by a bank transfer, credit card or Paypal. If you are currently in the Buenos Aires area when making the reservation, you can pay directly at our BA Planet offices.

C) The renter must contact us within 72 hours of his/her arrival to confirm reservation.

D) The rest of the payment (80%) will be made the day of the check-in at the apartment reserved by the renter.

E) BA Planet will charge US$ 20 as Administration Fees only one time for every each contract signed.

3- DEPOSIT

A) The renter will have to pay a deposit in guarantee of the objects that are inside the apartment.

B) The deposit varies according to the term of rent and the type of apartment. The deposit must be paid in cash (dollars or their equivalent in euros or pesos) and will be returned on the day of departure after a thorough check of the apartment has been made by a BA Planet staff member.

C) In cases the renter has made damages to the apartment the renter will be held responsible for the damages, and the deposit will not be returned and will be used for replacing the damaged property. The price of these objects will be detailed in the inventory and the inventory list will be annexed to the signed contract.

4- PARTICULAR POLICIES AND CONDITIONS

With the purpose of better serving our clients, the staff of BA Planet will compromise to:

A) Answer any question 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

B) Welcome the guest to the apartment on the day of arrival.

C) Satisfy any problems that may appear with the apartment during his/her stay.

REGULATIONS OF USE

A) Check-in is at 2PM. Modifications to this schedule can be made with a previous authorization of BA Planet. U$S 10 will be charged as "Late Check-In" when the passenger arrives at non-work time. (work time: Monday to Friday between 9AM and 7PM).

B) Check-out is at 10AM. Modifications to this schedule can be made with a previous authorization of BA Planet. In case where a renter exceeds on the hour agreed for check-out without written permission from BA Planet staff member, he/she will be charged a minimum amount of US$ 70 for exceeded day, varying according to the rented apartment. U$S 10 will be charged as "Late Check-Out" when the passenger arrives at non-work time. (work time: Monday to Friday between 9AM and 7PM).

C) Clients can be evicted from the apartment if:
- They break the rules and regulations of the building.
- An individual not mentioned in the contract, occupies/stays in the apartment.
- They do not comply with the rules detailed in the signed contract.
Owners and BA Planet reserve the right to admit an individual.

D) The client must report immediately any problems with the apartment, so the staff of BA Planet can solve the problem as soon as possible.

E) The amount price of the rents covers the cost of:
- Expenses
- Electricity
- Gas
- Water
- Television with cable
- Agent Commissions

And if the guest hires:
- Internet
- Maid service

F) The rent and the deposit must be paid at the time of check-in.

G) BA Planet will carry out all type of transactions due to reserve and occupy the apartment for the determined period. If any unexpected problem arises that disables the occupation of the property reserved, BA Planet will offer other alternatives of apartments with the same characteristic and comforts available for the specified date.

H) The day of arrival of the renter, BA Planet staff will receive him/her in the apartment. We will show him/her the place, the appropriate use of the apartment and things inside. We will comment policies of operation of the building and we will show the contract with the corresponding attached inventory. After the guest reads the contract, and has received answers to any question or concerns that arise, the renter will proceed to sign the contract. After receiving the total payment and the deposit from the renter we will give him/her the key to the apartment.

I) The apartments must be left in the same conditions presented to the renter during the check-in.

J) The day of check-out, the copies of the keys will be returned to BA Planet staff and the money of the deposit will be returned to the renter after a previous inspection of the apartment.

4- CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION

A) In case that the guest wishes to cancel the reservation, the money will not be refunded. Also the money will not given back if the person decides to shorten his/her stay. The money will be considered in compensation to the breach contract.

5- EXTENSION OF STAY

A) If the guest wishes to extend the stay in the rented property, he/she must communicate previously to BA Planet to make sure that the property is not reserved by another guest.

B) The extension of stay needs a new contract that could vary in the specified dates and prices.

6- ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

You acknowledge that you have read and understand this agreement and that you agree to its terms. You acknowledge that this agreement has priority over any order, engagement, advertisement, or other written agreement which preceded it. Remember that if you reserve online you are giving us conformity with the terms of use detailed previously. If you don't agree with terms and conditions please do not reserve.
