1. WHAT DOES A BA Planet APARTMENT INCLUDE?

BA Planet provides apartments with furniture, house wares, linens and television as well as utilities, telephone service, cable or satellite television service. BA Planet commission is also included in our rental fee.

Long distance phone calls and specially requested furnishings are not included in BA Planet's rental fees. Weekly housekeeping service, DVD player and internet access are included in most, but not all, of our apartments.

2. HOW CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION?

Simply, find an apartment that suits your requirements on our website, click on the "Request Now" icon and follow the instructions, or you can call us or send us an e-mail.

3. IS THERE A MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED?

Depending on each apartment, the minimum stay may vary from one week to one month.

4. HOW CAN I PAY?

Guests typically pay on monthly basis. A member of our team will arrange to collect the payment in cash, checks or money orders in your temporary furnished apartment. Also, we offer the option to pay through Pago Facil and Rapipago system (only available in Argentina). Finally you are able to pay through PayPal and credit cards as well (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express).
